Terms of Service

PKPASS Viewer (pkpassviewer.com) is a website that opens Apple Wallet pass files in your browser. The viewer is free. PKPASS to PDF is an optional paid feature, sold as a Trip Pass or as Pro; see the pricing page.

Card payments are handled by Waffo, which acts as the merchant of record: Waffo is the seller on your receipt, processes the payment and handles sales tax or VAT. Waffo’s own terms apply to the checkout.

USDT payments are sold directly by the operator of PKPASS Viewer (support@pkpassviewer.com); there is no merchant of record for them.

• USDT is offered only for the Trip Pass (US$4.90, paid once). Subscriptions (Pro monthly and Pro yearly) can be paid by card only.
• The price is the same number in USDT: US$4.90 is 4.90 USDT, plus a small unique amount of less than 0.1 USDT that the payment panel shows, so we can match your payment to your order. No tax is added to a USDT price.
• Networks: BNB Smart Chain, Polygon and TRON. Only USDT is accepted. On Polygon that is the USDT token that Tether upgraded to USDT0 (its on-chain symbol is USDT0); USDC and other tokens are not accepted.
• You pay the network fee. What arrives must be the exact amount shown in the payment panel, so check that your wallet or exchange does not take its withdrawal fee out of it.
• Once the transfer has enough confirmations on the network, the license key is sent automatically: it appears in the panel and, if you gave an email address there, in an email.
• Money sent on the wrong network, in the wrong token or to the wrong address may be impossible for us to recover. Check the network, the token and the address in the panel before you send.
• The quote in the panel is valid for 30 minutes. A payment that arrives after it has expired, or for another amount, is handled by hand: we look at it and write to you.

• Trip Pass: US$4.90, paid once, no automatic renewal, 30 days from purchase. The 30 days run from the purchase, not from the first use.
• Pro: US$6.90 a month or US$39 a year, cancel any time. It renews until you cancel. Cancel any time yourself in the customer portal of Waffo, our merchant of record: open pancake.waffo.ai/consumer/portal/login, enter the email you paid with, open the sign-in link it sends you, and press Cancel. You do not need to write to us. You keep access to the end of the period you paid for. If anything goes wrong, email support@pkpassviewer.com.
• Both unlock the same PDF export.
• You may use it for personal and business purposes, including printing passes for colleagues or customers.
• One key works in up to 3 browsers or devices at the same time. The license is stored in each browser. On a new device, enter the email your license key was sent to and we’ll email you a one-time sign-in link and code. Clicking “Remove it from this browser” in a browser frees that slot so you can use the key somewhere else. Clearing your browser data without removing the key first leaves the slot taken; email support and we will free it. Please don’t share your key publicly.
• We may stop a key that has been published or is clearly being resold.
• Keys issued before 2026-10-18 by our earlier payment provider are not recognised by the current license system; email support if you hold one.

The site is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We try to draw passes and barcodes faithfully, but we cannot promise that a printed or on-screen barcode will be accepted by an airline, venue or shop, or that the information in a pass is current. Always check with the issuer. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid.

See the refund policy (14 days, no questions asked) and the privacy policy.

If these terms change, the new version is posted here with a new date. Questions or support: support@pkpassviewer.com.
